About your role:

  • Prospect all current and new TeamViewer products into multiple organisations via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilising online information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers of prospective customers - – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals as well as deliver a high quantity of well qualified sales opportunities and appointment setting
  • Consistently meet and exceed opportunity quotas to deliver optimal sales pipeline
  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Engineering teams at TeamViewer in the development of strategic sales approaches – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Research prospective customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Use of CRM extensively to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of both prospective customers and customers
  • Schedule appointments between prospective customers and TeamViewer's Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness in the market – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities – primary focus upon Korean client base
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers and potential customers – primary focus upon Korean client base

What we Offer:

  • A full time base annual salary plus attractive commission scheme with realistic targets in the range of AUD $55k to AUD $75k (dependent on experience).

What we are looking for:

  • Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Economics and/or similar discipline(or international equivalent) strongly preferred
  • If above qualifications not held, 3 years' relevant sales or customer service employment experience required.
  • If above qualifications held, 12 months' relevant sales or customer service employment experience required.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
  • Strong English and Korean language skills
  • Strong sales talent and enthusiasm for working with people.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and good general IT knowledge.
  • Open-minded and team-oriented.
  • Sales driven and self-motivated person.
  • Healthy touch of competitiveness.
  • Creative thinking when it comes to cross-selling approaches.
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiastic, open-minded and team oriented.
