Responsibilities

Exact responsibilites vary role-to-role, but the basics will be:

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Provide product information, quotes, and order support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers
  • Visit clients on-site to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist with product selection
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits in a hands-on environment
  • Process sales transactions and follow up on customer orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business
