The Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive brand initiatives and ensure excellence across all store operations. You will play a key role in achieving sales goals, managing expenses, and delivering the highest standards of customer service. With a focus on operational excellence, you will maintain strong inventory controls, minimising stock losses through accurate stock counts and checks. Leading by example, you will foster a positive, ethical, and engaging work environment that inspires your team to succeed.
