Current Opportunities

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals based in Karratha, Dampier, and surrounds as we prepare for new projects commencing September 2025 across various plants and resources facilities.

SMP Superintendent

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary execution teams on projects and maintenance scopes.

  • Ensure compliance with strict safety, permit, and client requirements.

  • Drive planning, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Proven leadership background in oil and gas and/or resource sector essential.

SMP Supervisor

  • Oversee daily work fronts and ensure Permit-to-Work compliance.

  • Manage productivity, safety, and delivery of critical scopes.

  • Schedule 26 certification required.

Coded Welders (Pipe and Structural)

  • High-quality welding to code in pressure piping and structural steel.

  • Experience in hazardous environments highly regarded.

  • Stainless steel and exotic material experience will be look at favourably.

Mechanical Fitters, Pipe Fitters and Machinists

  • Install, repair, and maintain complex plant systems.

  • Strong ability to interpret P&IDs, isos, and technical drawings.

  • Flange management experience highly regarded.

Boilermakers

  • Structural fabrication and installation in hazardous facilities.

  • Proficiency in welding, cutting, and repairs to industry standards.

Trades Assistants

  • Support trades teams with safe, efficient delivery of scopes.

  • Great pathway for developing skills in the resources sector

What You Will Bring

  • Relevant trade qualification or supervisory certification (where applicable).

  • Schedule 26 (for Supervisors/Leads).

  • White Card.

  • MSIC and DG Cards (desirable).

  • Confined Space and Working at Heights (within 2 years).

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (C, CA, HR).

  • Full Australian working rights.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in oil and gas, marine, and/or mining environment.

  • Strong safety focus, especially in high-risk environments.

  • Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

  • Ability to complete medical and pass D&A testing initially and on an ongoing basis.
