This position provides high level business support to the Division of Surgery and provides expertise and support in the development and maintenance of strategic initiatives and projects. This position will work closely with the Co-Directors for Surgery to monitor and improve surgical provisions across the district, as well as coordinating the financial, workforce, and strategic business goals of the Division. This positions also supervises 3 Administrative Officers within the Division.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
