With a focus on strategic initiatives, compliance, and cost efficiency, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our transport operations while fostering a strong safety and customer-first culture.
You will:

- Drive strategic initiatives to improve network performance, optimise vehicle utilisation, and enhance driver capability.
- Collaborate across the network to deliver integrated, end-to-end operational solutions.
- Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost savings and network improvements in line with corporate goals.
- Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and customer-centricity across all teams.
- Lead, develop, and support your team to deliver high performance, continuous improvement, and career growth.

- Deep knowledge of logistics best practice, market trends, and compliance standards.
- Experience influencing leaders, managing remote teams, and resolving IR matters.
