City Cave North Lakes and Redcliffe are on the lookout for a superstar Float Attendant who isn't just a master of mops and magnesium—but also someone who shines in customer service, loves recommending wellness solutions, and brings a little creativity to the socials.

  • And finds joy in both a sparkling floor AND a beautifully stocked tea station…

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering warm, attentive service from check-in to post-float glow

  • Keeping float rooms, saunas, bathrooms, and shared spaces looking immaculate

  • Following structured checklists, procedures, and hygiene protocols with care

  • Building connections with guests and guiding them toward services that suit their wellness journey

  • Creating engaging, on-brand content (Reels, Stories, TikToks—we're open to your ideas)

  • Supporting with admin, linen, stock, and centre operations

  • Contributing to team targets and KPIs related to guest satisfaction, service standards, and product/service recommendations

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Love making people feel seen, cared for, and valued

  • Are confident speaking with guests and guiding them through service options

  • Take pride in presentation, cleanliness, and consistency

  • Feel comfortable creating social content and sharing behind-the-scenes moments

  • Are self-motivated, organised, and happy to work both solo and in a team

  • Have flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends — we're open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 9:00pm.

  • You avoid cleaning or struggle with routine tasks

  • You're not comfortable having conversations or helping guests make decisions

  • You don't use or enjoy social media

  • You find feedback or goal-setting confronting

  • You aren't able to commit to regular shifts or team meetings

  • You've worked in wellness, hospitality, or retail before

  • You love creating content and know your way around Canva or Reels

  • You're genuinely passionate about self-care and the wellness space
