About the role

City Cave North Lakes and City Cave Redcliffe are seeking experienced Massage Therapists to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our clients at our relaxing wellness centres in both North Lakes and Redcliffe, QLD. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, health-focused environment and share your passion for natural therapies.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting tailored massage sessions to address clients' individual needs and concerns

  • Recommending appropriate massage techniques and treatments based on each client's requirements

  • Maintaining detailed client records and treatment notes

  • Ensuring the massage room and equipment are clean, sanitised and well-maintained

  • Contributing to the overall positive and welcoming atmosphere of the wellness retreat

What we're looking for

  • A diploma or certificate in massage therapy or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified massage therapist

  • Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation massage

  • Remedial Qualifications also highly regarded.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients

  • Commitment to providing a high-quality, personalised service to each client

  • Enthusiasm for natural health and wellness approaches

  • A positive, friendly and professional demeanour
