About the Role

As an M.J. Bale stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised service experience while helping them put together the perfect outfit. You'll contribute to the team's success by supporting daily store operations, driving sales, and representing our brand with confidence and care.

In this role, you will:

  • Welcome and assist customers with genuine warmth and styling expertise
  • Offer product knowledge and outfit solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work closely with your team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Contribute to store presentation and stock management
  • Embody the M.J. Bale brand through every interaction

What We're Looking For

You're enthusiastic, confident, and enjoy connecting with people. You're excited by a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for style and customer service.

  • A collaborative and can-do attitude
  • A passion for fashion, styling, and premium retail service
  • Previous experience in apparel or lifestyle retail (preferred but not essential)

  • The flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
