Role Description
Seasonal Christmas Casual Retail Assistant based in central Sydney, NSW from
December 2025 to March 2026.
The Retail Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with retail sales, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting customers, managing sales transactions, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the general maintenance of the store.
Qualifications
- 2+ years Customer Service and Retail experience
- Communication and Retail Sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability and availability to work flexible hours, during a short term period.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-focused environment
- Knowledge and passion for fashion and the Mode Mischief brand
