Position Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Junior HR professional, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our educational and training initiatives. Based in Perth, Australia, you will leverage your 5 to 10 years of experience to provide comprehensive training and manage IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include provisioning training on software usage and IT policies, maintaining on-premises IT infrastructure, and assisting with the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding. You will also provide IT support in person, over the phone, or virtually. We are looking for someone with effective communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving and analysis. About The Role
- Provide IT support in person, over the phone, or virtually to ensure smooth operations and address any technical issues promptly.
- Assist with the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all necessary systems and devices are set up and decommissioned efficiently.
- Maintain on-premises IT infrastructure and devices, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Provision training on software usage and IT policies to employees, enhancing their technical skills and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to manage IT-related tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
- Utilize strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Adapt to changing technologies and processes, showing flexibility and a willingness to learn and implement new solutions.
About the candidate
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in providing training and managing IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in provisioning training on software usage and IT policies to employees.
- Experience in maintaining on-premises IT infrastructure and devices.
- Ability to assist with IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong IT support skills, capable of providing assistance in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and individuals.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
