The Opportunity
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
- 4+ years relevant experience, working in either Construction, Utilities, Energy, or a similar project based environment
- Essential: experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, with the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Essential: ability to understand design and construction contracts
- Desirable: experience working with in-house legal team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- High-level contract administration, negotiation and influencing skills
- Although not essential, qualifications in either Law, Construction Management, Business Management, or Project Management will be highly regarded
