Pay: $40-$45 per hour (based on experience)

Our reputation is built on quality service, honest advice, and reliable solutions tailored to our clients' needs.Our Motto: We Care for Your Air.What We're Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and qualified Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience, reliability, and a positive attitude to a role that offers variety and career progression.Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain ducted and split system air conditioning units for residential and commercial clients
• Conduct diagnostics and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Perform scheduled maintenance to extend the life and efficiency of equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
• Provide professional and friendly service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to WHS regulations
• Document job details accurately for client records and company use

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum of 3 years as a qualified tradesman
• Valid driver's licence and white card
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive
• Willingness to work across residential, industrial, and commercial projects
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
