Resort Maintenance and common area cleaning

Resort Maintenance and common area cleaning positions are available at Rolling Surf Resort Caloundra.
The role involves general maintenance and common area cleaning for the resort apartments and surrounds. The hours are approx 6hrs a day for 5 days, alternate weekends, rostered public holidays.
The ideal applicants would have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in maintenance role
- Previous trade or handyman role, able to complete basic patching, painting and minor hardware repairs
- Previous experience in window and glass cleaning
- Excellent customer service skills and be a team player
- Attention to detail and able to identify maintenance issues
- Available to work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends.
The position is a Casual/Part time position paid according to the hospitality award and applicable superannuation.
