We're opening our doors at Fortitude Valley and looking for a passionate leader to shape the future of Nude Lucy in Queensland.

About the Role:
As the 
Assistant Store Manager
, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
  • A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
  • Leadership qualities – you're a motivator, team player, and positive role model
  • High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
  • Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
  • Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
  • Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
  • Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
