THE ROLE

Own the Category. Drive Strategy. Deliver for the Trade.Are you a commercially driven Product Manager with a passion for creating products that genuinely meet trade customer needs? We're looking for a self-motivated, strategic thinker to take full ownership of our Trade Lighting and Electrical Accessories categories – leading the product journey from concept to commercial success.In this role, you'll drive the strategy, development, and performance of a product portfolio that's essential to our trade channel. This is your opportunity to lead meaningful work, collaborate cross-functionally, and have a real impact on product and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept through to end-of-life.
  • Develop and execute category strategies that align with business and customer goals.
  • Define range architecture, manage pricing, and lead range reviews.
  • Identify new opportunities through trade engagement, market research, and competitor insights.
  • Manage relationships with local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Training teams to build effective go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Continuously review product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to improve outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally within lighting or electrical categories.
  • Strong understanding of trade and wholesale channels, particularly in the Australian/NZ market.
  • Proven ability to lead full product lifecycles and deliver results.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills – data-driven and outcome-focused.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement across Marketing, Engineering, Stores, and Suppliers.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – driven to own and improve every product you touch.
