About the Opportunity

The ALM Retail Support Specialist role is primarily responsible for providing ongoing support to our Customers and Supplier stakeholders to ensure a positive user-experience with our Retail Support & Supplier platforms. As the Customers' key point of contact residing behind our various electronic platforms, this role is focused on providing a high-level of customer service and support to resolve any ad-hoc queries or concerns that arise on the platforms. Contact with the external stakeholders will be through both phone and email, so the successful candidate will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Macquarie Park office.

In this Role

• Build customer rapport /relationships through strong and effective communication
• Provide support to ALM customer and supplier ordering portals (Aust & NZ)
• Monitor all ordering systems including WEB, POS and Mainframe
• Support ALM Hosting and E-Invoice systems
• Support customer POS inquiries
• Support all Supplier and Customer inquiries
• Assist ALM National, State and NZ staff with any Retail support they may require

You're Likely a Match If

• Prior experience working in a 'Customer Service' focused role
• Experience of working with relevant electronic technology platforms is a bonus
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively, engaging with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills
• Process oriented, with an eye for detail
