We're looking for a proactive and mechanically minded team member to help maintain our hydraulic equipment and coordinate hire jobs for dispatch from our Kalgoorlie facility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure equipment is site-ready.
  • Prepare tooling and hire jobs for dispatch to clients.
  • Manage workshop inventory, including packing, unpacking, and stock control.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to our Quality Management System.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organised, and running smoothly.
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Mechanical background or strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols.
  • Technical certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Valid driver's license and forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Ability to pass medical checks, drug and alcohol screenings, and site inductions.
