The Role

We are currently looking for someone who is reliable, motivated Farm Hand to join our team and play a key role in the daily operations of our farm. If you are passionate about the outdoors, hard work, and seeing the results of your efforts every day, then this could be yours. This role is suited to someone with farming experience or someone eager to learn and develop their skills in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintenance of farm machinery

· Assistance with planting, harvesting, and irrigation operations

· Cattle handling, moving and yard work

· General farm duties and repairs

· Operation and basic servicing of farm machinery (tractors, loaders, trucks, forklift, headers etc.)

· Working independently and as part of a team to achieve seasonal goals

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with operating spray rigs and farm machinery
  • Livestock handling experience
  • Current driver's licence (HC or MC would be preferred)
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
