We're looking for a Finance Manager – Process Improvement & Automation
Are you passionate about transforming finance operations through innovation and automation? Join us in a pivotal role where you'll lead initiatives that streamline processes, enhance controls, and embed digital solutions across our finance function.
In this role, you'll:
- Champion enterprise-wide automation and digital transformation in partnership with IT and transformation teams
- Lead end-to-end reviews of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Design and implement financial controls that support compliance and operational integrity
- Drive change management and training to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed finance controls and influence senior stakeholders
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 8+ years' experience in finance, audit, or risk, with a focus on process improvement
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial automation tools
- A strategic mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in project and change management methodologies
- CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualifications (desirable)
