What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the first voice our customers hear. You'll:

  • Help people manage their accounts and solve everyday banking questions
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with plenty of support
  • Use your products and services knowledge to recommend products appropriate to the individual needs of the customer

What We're Looking For

  • Great phone communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone
  • A calm, logical approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn and grow, be self-motivated and independent
  • A reliable team player who's ready to make a difference
  • Willingness to work on Fridays as one of your rostered days
