Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time or Part time positions available

Location: South Hurstville

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and handle reception duties

  • Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations

  • Handle patient payments and invoices

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

  • Provide support to dentists and other staff members

  • Ensure compliance with dental software and systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in a dental reception role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Proficiency in dental software (e.g. Core Practice)

  • Certificate in Dental Assisting or similar qualification
