Are you the type of person who will smile, and stop to help someone open the door?

Are you gentle, calm and relaxed when meeting anxious patients/kids?

Do you communicate well and are you happy working in a team environment (while also having the confidence and skill to work without supervision)

We are looking for a receptionist/dental assistant with a minimum 2 years experience.

Are you confident in assisting a dentist with scale and cleans, composite restorations, crowns, veneers, clear aligners, in-chair Zoom whitening to dentures, root canal treatment, wisdom tooth extractions and implants? Do you have a great smile and reception/phone skills?

At Meili Dental Care, we welcome our patients as if they were family. From the moment they walk through the door, we make sure they feel like they are home. We offer them water/tea/coffee, ask them what they would like to watch on the reception/clinic ceiling TV, and check whether the air conditioning is too cool/warm.

"Meili" means beautiful and is the name of Dr Lena Qiu's daughter. We aim to create beautiful smiles for the entire family.

Meili Dental Care has two clinical rooms with new black Adec 411 chairs, both with TV's fitted on the ceiling for Netflix/movies, and wireless headphones. We use a Meyer OPG/CBCT, intraoral AOral 3 scanner, intraoral cameras, rotary endodontics, Acteon PSPix digital phosphor plate intraoral xrays, W&H Lisa Autoclave, steriliser tracking label printer and scanner, D4W software and DIO implants. 

We are looking for someone who can work 3-5 days a week The days/times are flexible, to suit you as well (because we want all our team to have a good work/life balance and be happy).

Remuneration is based on experience. Experience is preferred. Must be able to speak English, speaking Chinese is also beneficial.
