Associate Dentist

Join our highly regarded, established boutique practice near Hurstville and step into a loyal, existing patient base. Our successful associate of seven years is moving on, creating a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated dentist to join our friendly, family-focused team.

• Role: Part-Time Associate Dentist
• Hours: 2 to 3 days per week, including two Saturdays per month.
• Existing Schedule: The departing associate currently works Wednesdays, Fridays, and two Saturdays per month—a great starting point for your handover.
• Location: Hurstville Area (10 min by car, 5 min walk from the train station).
• Start Date: Position available from January 2026.

• Comprehensive Support: Work in a modern surgery with excellent facilities. You will be fully supported by our experienced administrative, clinical team and mentoring by the principal dentist, including a dedicated Dental Assistant and Receptionist every day you work.
• Scope of Practice: Focus on all aspects of general dentistry. No orthodontics or oral surgery experience is required.
• Remuneration: Competitive commission-based remuneration at the market rate.

We are seeking a clinically strong and patient-focused Associate Dentist who is looking for a long-term position. To be successful, you must demonstrate:

• Clinical Competence: Strong clinical skills across all areas of general dentistry.
• Exceptional Patient Care: An excellent clinical and chairside manner with a warm, caring approach and the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages in our family-friendly environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional conversational and interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a private practice is an advantage.
