Marketing Campaign Database Analyst

Brief Description
The role
We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Database Analyst to deliver high-quality campaign data and actionable insights that power customer engagement and sales growth.

In This Role, You'll

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across direct marketing channels (eDM, SMS, direct mail, outbound, web optimisation)
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL for targeting and analysis
• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Produce reporting and insights to guide marketing strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate data-driven improvements

What Experience You'll Bring

• Strong SQL skills and ability to communicate insights
• Experience with marketing campaigns and automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable)
• Understanding of direct marketing principles
• Exposure to customer data analytics
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset
