Are you a seasoned project leader with gravitas, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a passion for delivering impactful products? Join us as Senior Project Manager to lead a bold initiative transforming English Language Testing through a globally scalable solution.

This is not just internal innovation – it's a market-facing product with real-world impact. You'll lead the charge in delivering a high-margin, low-cost solution that touches every part of the business, from finance and marketing to operations and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a consumer-facing product, from concept to launch
  • Manage complex, multi-stream projects across global time zones (AU/Europe)
  • Drive governance, budgeting, resource planning, and benefits realization
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including newly acquired entities
  • Produce high-quality documentation and reporting for GLT-level visibility
  • Align delivery with internal SaaS infrastructure and external market needs

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in software product/project delivery, ideally in Healthcare IT, Pharma, or SaaS
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills – calm, respectful, and confident
  • Proven ability to lead across cultures and geographies
  • Experience working with acquired companies and navigating integration challenges
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (1–2 times/year)
  • Availability for regular early evening calls (3–7 PM AU time)
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred

  • Background in software product manufacturing
  • Exposure to broad business functions – finance, marketing, product, operations
  • Familiarity with innovation and product testing and managing large size projects
