What We're Looking For

  • Excellent floristry skills – confident with bouquets, arrangements, wreaths and creative styling
  • Strong communication – fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Basic computer skills – helpful for using our POS system and website
  • Confident driver – while we have a dedicated driver, occasional pickups or deliveries may be needed
  • Full availability during peak periods – especially Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
  • Rotating weekend availability – you'll be rostered for approx. 1 in every 3–4 weekends (Either Saturday or Sunday)
  • Positive attitude – open to learning, adapting, and growing with the team
