We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of cloud-based optimisation and upgrade initiatives for a well-known enterprise. This initial 12-month contract sits within a strategic transformation program and focuses on cloud platform performance, scalability, and system modernisation.

​​​​​​​You'll partner with solution architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of technical change across cloud services including Azure, AWS, and GCP. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on project delivery skills, strong knowledge of cloud architecture, and a proven track record managing complex technical programs in fast-paced enterprise environments.

This is: what you'll do
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of cloud software upgrades and optimisation initiatives
  • Coordinate across architecture, engineering, business, and vendor teams
  • Manage delivery plans, scope, timelines, and resourcing to ensure program alignment
  • Drive Agile and/or Waterfall delivery, ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee performance optimisation, cost-efficiency and cloud environment scalability
  • Leverage DevOps and CI/CD methodologies where relevant to delivery
  • Maintain visibility over risks, budgets, and vendor delivery dependencies
  • This is: what you'll need
  • Strong project delivery experience across cloud-based technical initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Azure, AWS and/or GCP architecture, upgrades and performance tuning
  • Proven success in Agile and/or Waterfall environments (PMP, Scrum Master certifications desirable)
  • Experience managing cloud migration, modernisation or optimisation programs
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and cloud automation
  • Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project and cloud monitoring platforms
