Duties

You will be:

  • travelling to commercial buildings across Sydney each day.
  • cleaning air conditioning systems.
  • replacing air filters.
  • working with other team members.
  • using a range of power tools and equipment.
  • climbing ladders.
  • communicating with customers.
  • working night or day shifts depending on job requirements.

Skills and Experience

Experience in air conditioning duct cleaning, water and fire damage disaster recovery or building related maintenance services is an advantage but not essential. You are naturally a hands on person who is reliable, organised and likes to follow instructions. You have a critical eye for cleanliness and comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces and you like working on varied sites. You will need:

  • to be physically fit.
  • type C drivers license.
  • experienced with basic power tools.
  • able to get or currently have an WHS white card, working at heights and confined spaces cards.
