About the role

We are looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about Healthcare recruitment. We offer a great salary along with a very achievable commission structure which is paid monthly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, client interaction and candidate management.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within the healthcare sector, addressing their staffing needs with a focus on temporary placements.
  • Utilise our database and recruitment platforms to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth and success while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Continually support each candidate in your pool by making and maintaining regular contact
  • Maintain a high standard of conduct and work performance to promote CPL Healthcare's reputation with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in tender or proposal activities.
  • Efficiently coordinate the process for collecting, uploading and recruitment/registration documentation for all new and newly re-joined candidates
  • Gather and provide feedback to the business to optimise quality of service, business growth, and ultimate client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes.

About you

  • Prior experience as a Healthcare recruiter who can demonstrate success in previous roles.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Confident working towards KPIs, eager and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently with your own portfolio of healthcare staff
  • A natural collaborator and communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence actions and outcomes.
  • Proficient in the MS office suite with a high level of commercial acumen
