The Role:

Ironside is seeking an experienced Structures Project Manager to lead structural delivery across our projects. Reporting to the Structures Manager, you'll ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — while managing subcontractors, suppliers, and your project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement and management of structural subcontracts and suppliers (precast, PT, reinforcement, concrete, jumpform, stairform, etc.)
  • Track costs, process invoices, and complete monthly reporting including WIP forecasts and program status
  • Manage drawing revisions, QA uploads, scheduling, and fabrication readiness
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while maintaining a safe and positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with Ironside's processes, quality standards, and safety protocols

Successful Candidate Requirements:

  • 5–10 years' experience in a similar role within multi-level construction
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Strong background in design coordination, project programming, and cost management
  • Proficiency with Cheops, Bluebeam, Procore, Hammertech and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage multiple personnel and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
