We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Rockhampton.

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane brand, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Leader in overseeing customer experience, team development, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Driving sales to achieve targets and KPIs with your team.
  • Assisting in training, developing, and succession planning for team members.
  • Managing daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
  • Delivering a phenomenal in-store experience and engaging with the local active community through events and campaigns.
  • Maintaining an exceptional store environment through effective merchandising.
  • Seeking opportunities for growth in people, profitability, and processes.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance performance and achieve goals.
  • Driving profitability through effective rostering, inventory management, and minimizing stock shrinkage.
