Combine a smile with a giggle and you've got Smiggle We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager with a love for all things colourful, fun and exciting. You'll be supporting the Store Manager at our Rockhamptonstore to lead your team and create a store experience that's bursting with energy and imagination. It's all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small

This 20-25 Hour Part Time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create an exciting and positive environment for customers of all ages.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
  • Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
  • Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
  • Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential
