About the role

The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing the client and law firm application experience and assessing applications to determine whether they are eligible for funding. This role is critical to JustFund's growth.

For an organisation that puts clients and law firm partners at the centre of all we do, the role of Client Engagement Manager is critical.

Your responsibilities will include:

• utilising your family law skills to assess and determine applications from clients and law firms, to ensure they have the resources necessary to achieve a fair and equitable settlement;
• proactively identifying risks in relation to applications for funding;
• developing and maintaining deep relationships with law firm partners to ensure their experience is positive, and that we are as responsive and supportive as possible;
• embracing our culture and living our service values to deliver an outstanding experience for each and every client and law firm partner;
• serving as an amazing, empathetic and ongoing point of contact for our clients;
• analysing the outcome of funded cases to improve and refine JustFund's credit assessment processes;
• being willing to help out with the highest impact projects each week because we're a fast growing fintech and that's what it's all about.

More about you

As a fast growing fintech, the playbook hasn't been fully written yet. Whilst this might be daunting to some, you realise that the impact you can have, and the scope for personal and professional development, is incredible. We are looking for a part-time family lawyer 3-4 days per week.

You have a bias towards action, being super responsive and you gain satisfaction from pleasing others. You aren't phased by ambiguity or working solo or in small teams to get the job done. You like the thrill of creating and having an immediate impact on a business.

Your personal attributes:

• Family Law Experience. You have at least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice.
• Results-driven. You like a sense of getting things done.
• Client-centric. Making others happy and surpassing expectations is your thing.
• Proactive.  You come up with ideas and are happy to jump in.
• Organised.  You like to make lists.
• Teamwork.  Collaboration and achieving success with others gives you satisfaction.
• Flexible.  You understand, and are excited by, the need to be adaptable in a fast moving, young business.
• Willing to do whatever is needed to support the business - nothing is beneath or above you.
