The Position:

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in client services and account management. As a Client Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring STACK delivers a world-class data centre experience to our clients. You will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships and supporting the broader Client Success team by owning key responsibilities across client reporting, proactive case management, and the facilitation of client engagements. This includes preparing and delivering insightful reports, managing service cases with precision and care, and assisting in the coordination of client meetings, business reviews, and strategic workshops to drive value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and training of new clients to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience.
  • Assist in the planning and facilitation of client events, workshops, and strategic sessions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing resources, including documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides.
  • Prepare, validate, and deliver both recurring and ad hoc client reports with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all client-facing dashboards and reporting outputs.
  • Monitor data integrity and collaborate with technical teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Provide support for client meetings and business reviews by preparing relevant data and insights.
  • Manage incoming client cases by triaging, prioritizing, and ensuring timely resolution in alignment with SLAs.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case activities within the case management system.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding case status, next steps, and resolution timelines to build trust and transparency.
  • Participate in regular case review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the client success function.
  • Assist in the coordination of client projects, ensuring they adhere to internal standards, governance frameworks, and client requirements.

Travel Required

  • Travel between Data Centre sites and STACK Melbourne head office will be required from time to time.
