Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Provide guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Conduct professional conversations via phone, Zoom, and email
  • Identify opportunities for growth, including referrals and additional services
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve client success strategies
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of full-time work experience (client success, account management, coaching, or consulting)
  • Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working independently
  • Organised and professional, with a client-first mindset
  • An interest in leadership, coaching, or personal development is highly regarded
