The Opportunity
We require a warm and friendly Marketing Coordinator looking to hone their skills in a welcoming, commercial environment. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting with:
Organic social media management
Content creation
Email marketing
Market research – i.e. understanding the numbers
Event and project assistance
Design of online and print collateral
Answering telephone calls and making our clients feel welcome
Accurately entering information into our database
Monitoring company inboxes
Processing client reward program
Packaging up qualifications to send to our graduating students.
Key Criteria
Perform the day-to-day management of our organic social media presence on Meta and LinkedIn including content, scheduling, and monitoring.
Assisting with email marketing and content creation.
Using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, to design creative pieces such as social media tiles, web feature images, eDMs and brochures.
Compiling market research to support marketing communications and promotions.
Provide general marketing assistance such as responding to social media comments, messages and calls.
Format and share video on Vimeo and YouTube.
Contribute to the analysis of campaign and marketing activity, through inbound reporting and the use of tools such as CRM data, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Use Churchill's systems and procedures to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the business.
Respond to internal requests for marketing and design assistance; provide high quality service.
Varying degrees of administrative assistance with our client journey tasks (opening and closing client files), reception support and answering customer enquiries. Some administration assistance from time to time.
Key Skills
2+ years of experience in marketing administration.
Understanding and experience working with social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to create and collaborate on content and design ideas with team members
Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Desirable
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
Experience working with WordPress CMS
You may have qualifications in or be currently studying marketing
Exposure to CRMs such as HubSpot
Knowledge of the VET sector
We are looking for someone full time and working in the office, however, flexible work-from-home arrangements can be considered after probation.
Each Christmas/New Year, you will receive some gifted recreation days to spend with your family as the whole team breaks for the year. Additionally, we have two team celebration events each year to recognise and reward the team's achievements.
Most Thursdays, we share morning tea treats – great for connecting as the team comes together.
