About the role

We're currently looking for an amazing, driven, and vibrant individual to join our high-volume, Top Ryde Optus and Strathfield Optus stores on a casual, full-time, or part-time basis.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our customers with the latest technology and services, tailoring solutions to meet their needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our retail store team members are at the heart of Optus – passionate about technology, customer service, and helping people stay connected.

About you

As the successful candidate, you'll bring:

  • Sales Drive – a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills – confident, outgoing, and able to build genuine customer connections.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable – Korean speakers preferred but not essential.
  • People Focus – a natural problem-solver with customer outcomes front of mind.
  • Teamwork & Autonomy – thrive working within a team but confident working independently.
  • Adaptability – quick to learn and comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility – available for rotating rosters and weekend work.
  • Ambition – motivated to build a long-term career with leadership aspirations.

Key requirements:

  • Full-Time: 38 hours per week, including at least one weekend.
  • Part-Time: 3–4 shifts per week, including one weekend.
  • Commitment to a long-term career (2+ years), with leadership roles available for the right candidate.
