Kids Gourmet Food is a volume catering business and the National leading provider of prepared meals to the childcare industry in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Graduate with a passion for Quality and Food Safety to assist the QA Co-ordinator in a short-term role, 4-6 months.

About the Role: Responsibilities

  • Development/updating of SOP's, including food safety considerations and document control.
  • Assist with monthly GMP walk, monthly calibrations (scales, thermometers).
  • Support QA Coordinator in maintaining procedural and HACCP documentation.
  • Assist in the development of troubleshooting guides, cleaning guides, and guard/safety guides
  • Create micro testing schedule in consultation with QA Coordinator.

About You: Demonstrated Capabilities

  • Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Science or related discipline.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Australian food regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • A strong focus on quality and excellent attention to detail.
