Job Purpose

As a member of the invoicing team, the Accounts Officer role will manage day-to-day invoicing. The role will be responsible for preparing daily shift invoicing, compiling month-end billing to client due dates, checking dockets, reconciling timesheets, and proactively resolving discrepancies.

This position will be full time and based at the company's head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detailed invoicing of client shifts daily.
  • Preparation of monthly invoices to due dates.
  • Daily reconciliation of casual staff timesheets and dockets.
  • Daily reporting to finance team on reconciliation results.
  • Learn and maintain data entry in client portals.
  • Review, check, and amend client dockets, ensuring accuracy before issuance.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve discrepancies or queries promptly.
  • Assist with various ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Proven experience an accounts position.
  • Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, UNIQUE, AGGREGATE).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to manage team and client relationships.
