Accounts Payable Services Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Services Supervisor to join our Finance team in Parramatta.

In this full-time role, you will lead and develop a small team, ensuring efficient and accurate administration across key functions such as vendor management, billing, payments, and compliance reporting.

You'll also play a key role in process improvement initiatives and act as 2IC to the National Accounts Payable & Services Manager.

In your new role, you will:

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and manage the AP Services team.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, billing, purchase card and fuel card administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reporting for key stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and support change management projects.
• Manage internal and external audit requirements.

This is a great fit for you if you have:

• Proven experience leading a team (essential)
• 2+ years' experience in a senior AP role or senior administration role with AP exposure.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in process improvement and change management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
