We're currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic team at our Dry Creek facility. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a strong background in FMCG warehousing and distribution who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and front-line leadership of our Warehouse and Distribution operations in South Australia. You'll ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective picking, loading, and delivery of products locally, regionally, and interstate.

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 11am - 9pm
Team Size: 18 direct reports
Reporting to: Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse loaders and team leaders
  • Oversee daily operations including picking, loading, and dispatch
  • Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and cultural change initiatives
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets
