Your new company is a well-established southern based manufacturer, who are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing supply chain and distribution team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
***
As the new Warehouse supervisor, you will be joining a team of four people in the warehouse department, directly responsible for 2 of the staff as you fulfil your responsibilities of managing inventory relating to the manufacturing and distributions of goods created.
- Overseeing stock levels ensuring adequate levels of stock are in stock ready for production
- Performing regular stock stakes
- Reviewing and management of stock management systems
- Assist production by regularly replenishing mini stores to ensure no slowdown in production
- Prepare goods for dispatch (includes palletising goods) and preparing necessary documents for orders
- Your duties include but not limited to the above, while also ensuring direct reporting staff complete daily activities to ensure the smooth flow of production is achieved.

- Previous experience within the industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
- Propensity to work in a fast-paced environment and fulfil stock orders as and when they arise
- Great communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet hard production deadlines
- Previous success in the field or proven ability to grow into the roles presented
