About the Role

This senior position combines hands-on portfolio management with leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee the day-to-day performance of the Property Management team, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and support a motivated PM team
  • Oversee daily operations, workflow and compliance
  • Manage a high-quality residential portfolio
  • Handle escalations with confidence and professionalism
  • Implement and refine PM processes and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Contribute to business improvement and growth initiatives

About You

You're an experienced Property Manager ready to step into leadership—or a current Team Leader seeking a positive, well-supported environment. You bring maturity, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.

What You'll Bring
  • 3–5+ years' Property Management experience
  • Leadership or senior-level PM background
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Strong knowledge of QLD legislation and industry best practice
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate and support staff
  • Experience with industry software (e.g., PropertyMe)
  • Professionalism, attention to detail and a positive attitude
