As a part time Physiotherapist you will be providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will work across a variety of case presentations and clients in our private practice. We value holistic, patient centred care whilst supporting our practitioners with professional development opportunities and a very well-structured mentorship program. Our Collins Street clinic includes a fully equipped pilates studio to facilitate excellence in exercise prescription.
In this role you will be……
Assessing and diagnosing a variety of different musculoskeletal conditions including sports and spinal injuries.
Using clinical reasoning to create and implement appropriate treatment plans
Providing the appropriate manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities as per the treatment plan
Liaising with other Allied Health Professionals, GP's, Surgeon's, Sports Physician's and other Health Care Professionals, as required, to help provide holistic care to patients
Preparing initial reports, progress reports, final reports or treatment management plans to update referrers
