Job Description

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of efficiency for our National Sales Manager, managing complex schedules, facilitating communication across multiple levels of the organisation, and ensuring seamless operational support. This role requires a unique blend of professional polish, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of communication and scheduling interface for the National Sales Manager
  • Manage a high-volume, dynamic calendar with precision and strategic insight
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and complex logistics for national sales activities
  • Act as a liaison between sales leadership, state sales managers, and executive team
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Required Skills and Experience

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills & ability to effectively use initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail, ability to keep accurate minutes and records
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
  • Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation,  and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
  • Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
  • Cross-functional collaboration expertise
  • Quick adaptability in a rapidly changing sales environment
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as, Microsoft Teams, Expense tracking systems, Advanced Excel spreadsheet management, Digital presentation design (PowerPoint, Canva)

Qualification and Experience

  • A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be highly regarded
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
