About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and multilingual (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English)Graduate of Architecture to join our team in Sydney. This dynamic role offers an even split between architectural work and project management responsibilities, providing a rare opportunity to gain holistic experience across the lifecycle of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design (50%)

  • Assist with the design and documentation of residential projects
  • Support senior architects with drafting, 3D modelling, and presentation materials
  • Conduct site analysis and assist in preparing DA/CC documentation

Project Management (50%)

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across multiple projects
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Attend site meetings and document progress reports
  • Assist with contract administration and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Architecture
  • Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English – both spoken and written
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or full work visa)
