Cleaning Supervisor – Full Time (Perth Metro Area)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supervising cleaners across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, solving on-site issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The position requires someone with excellent leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to travel across the Perth metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure high performance and consistent service delivery
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and training when required
  • Plan and coordinate cleaner schedules, replacements, and urgent job requests
  • Liaise directly with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and build strong long-term relationships
  • Solve on-site issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and site requirements
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of cleaners
  • Use checklists, before/after photos, and digital tools to maintain quality control
  • Report site updates, staff performance, and any incidents to management
  • Drive to various cleaning sites across the Perth metropolitan area daily as required

Requirements

  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support if needed)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable car (essential)
  • Previous experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to handle client feedback and provide solutions professionally
  • Willingness to drive across the Perth metro area
  • Right to work in Australia
