The team at Bara Electrical are currently looking for a scheduler to join our growing team.

As we specialise in the Real Estate Industry, we welcome applicants with Real Estate knowledge, or who may have worked within property management.

We are focused on building our business from the inside out. Our culture and overall work environment are fun and friendly; second to none. The supportive office team includes licensed electricians, A/C techs and ex Property Managers, so someone is always on hand to provide advice and support when needed.

What a typical day looks like…

• Scheduling reactive and planned works in advance, while also assisting with the day-to-day schedule where needed

• Making reactive changes to the existing schedule to ensure bookings windows are met

• Making and taking phone calls

• Sending and responding to emails

• Sending purchase orders to suppliers

• Basic data entry if needed

About You

If you pride yourself on exceptional customer service and you have a good attitude you could be a great next addition to our team.

Our successful candidate will have experience in a similar field and also be/have:

• Computer literate with a basic understanding of MS Office

• Previous Property Manager Experience is highly regarded but not essential

• Previous job management software experience (specifically Aroflo) is highly regarded but not essential

• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment

• A willingness to learn and improve your skillset and approach
