**About Us**: Apex Building (Aus) Pty Ltd is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Organize and coordinate trade activities, workforce allocation, and material deliveries to support efficient project execution in accordance with specifications, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring project momentum.
- Lead and supervise on-site teams to promote collaboration and a results-driven work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient project schedules and optimal resource management.
- Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion of each construction phase.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets industry standards and client expectations. 
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure worksite.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality or regulatory compliance.
- Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly to prevent delays and maintain workflow continuity.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders throughout the construction process.
- A Diploma in Building and Construction or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, supervisory qualifications) are highly regarded.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
